Our mission
Another Go is a social enterprise software development solutions team. We invest a portion of our profits into providing training and employment pathways for women, especially mothers who aspire to become software engineers.
Our software development training program is a work-readiness and employment pathway program for women seeking a career change into tech.
Our vision
We believe there should be more women in tech.
We employ and empower women who aspire to enter the industry with no background or experience in software development.
We want to help women looking for a career change, especially parents returning to the work after parental leave. We believe that software development is learnable while solving real-life problems.
How do we do this?
Another Go offers a supported 3 month program for women+ facing barriers to employment who are seeking work in the tech industry.
They’re paid award wages (or above), receive on-the-job training in computer science, and are encouraged to continue employment with us to deliver customer projects.
Our charter aligns with #5 (Gender Equality) of the 17 Sustainable Development Goals defined in the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development set out by the UN.
When you work with us, you'll collaborate with senior engineers, while providing our apprentices hands-on experience and the confidence to succeed.
